Return Costs Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of our products.  If a product is mailed back for return or exchange, the buyer shall be responsible for all shipping costs that are associated.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 days recommended) if the item is damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right—this may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3D Printed Products All our products are 3D printed, so visible artifacts may be present, such as layer lines, tiny gaps, small bumps, stringing, or other minor imperfections. These are normal results of the 3D printing process and do not qualify as defects.
